We are supporting our client, an independent, global Lloyd’s Insurance Broker, in their search for a Claims Broker/ technician to join the business in their amazing London offices on a full-time, flexible hybrid basis. Working on average 2 days a week in the office and 3 at home, you will be utilising your experience in International Property & Casualty Claims to cover matters across a variety of areas.

As a Claims Broker/technician, you will be responsible for broke advices and collections to London markets. Covering various jurisdictions such as Canada & Australia. 

In this role, you will sit within the Property & Casualty claims team and you will be primarily responsible for handling claims from first notification through to final settlement.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Obtain agreement to advices and collections via CLASS/ECF systems.
  • Create and maintain claims files
  • Liaise with accounts departments to ensure claims process is running efficiently.

The right candidate for this role will have an understanding of the Lloyd’s London markets and international property claims, as this is necessary to successfully process and manage elements of the role. This role requires an individual with prior experience dealing with international property and casualty claims.
