Working with a mid-size asset manager, this role will support the distribution team in their platform sales. The right candidate will have a background in asset management and experience working within a platform sales team. 

• Utilize expertise in third party distribution through platforms in the asset management industry
 • Serve as a key point of contact for third-party platform relationships
 • Enhance the Adviser experience and expand the market presence of our client across various products and markets
• Ensure existing products have maximum visibility on platforms
 • Maintain Model Portfolios on platforms to support Strategic Partnerships and Key Accounts • Identify opportunities to extend distribution reach to new and existing platforms
 • Support Sales team in expanding product range to new markets
 • Provide excellent service to intermediary clients using client solutions on platforms Subject matter expert
 • Represent client at relevant Platform events to stay informed and share insights with Sales team
 • Maintain Platform 'key facts' log to provide detailed platform information to Sales team
 • Act as liaison with data vendors to ensure accurate information is communicated to platforms Governance
• Utilize working relationships with platforms to meet regulatory requirements
 • Ensure target-market assessments and European MiFID Templates are processed effectively
 • Engage with platforms for European Feedback Template feedback loop Projects
 • Support business development projects and new propositions
• Assist in testing new practices and technology solutions Other
 • Collaborate with internal departments, institutions, and intermediary clients as needed
 • Support Distribution/Sales team in their roles
• Stay updated on legislation and regulatory changes Individual Conduct • Act with integrity, care, skill, and diligence
 • Be cooperative with regulatory authorities
 • Prioritize customer interests and fair treatment

• Experience in platform technology within Financial Services
• Experience with Model Portfolios on platforms
• Experience working with platform providers in fund management
• Team player with a results-oriented approach
