As the Head of International Workplace you will be tasked driving the workplace strategy for all of company’s international offices.  Working out of their London Headquarters you will work with global teams to ensure all workplaces are meeting the needs of the wider teams. 
This role has a mix of strategic and operational duties and the list below is not exhaustive,  please reach out to see of this is indeed the role for you!
You will be tasked with:
 

  • Ensuring a cost effective but high quality service to all employees
  • Managing all commercial terms and leases on all new and existing properties
  • Collaborating with international leadership managers on projects; new office processes, office extensions, moves and closures whilst ensuring business continuity
  • Managing third party vendors and supplier relationships
  • Strategically staying ahead of the curve with future workplace planning
  • Ensuring workplace minimum standards are met with regards to
  • Health & Safety,
  • Risk Mitigation,
  • Operational Resilience,
  • Vendor Management
  • Regulatory requirements  
  • Sustainability

To be considered for this role you must have worked in a sophisticated, global multi location business with a commercial outlook on problem solving.  You will have worked on large scale, highly visible projects .  You will be a fantastic communicator having worked with colleagues internationally .
