We are now working with a prominent UK Insurance firm, who truly have employee culture at the heart of everything they do. The firm in question are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their widespread, effective team on a 12 Month FTC.  With the role being entirely remote, they are seeking the best candidate no matter where they are in the UK. Another fantastic benefit of this company is that once you have worked a set number of days, you can bank a day off to spend on top of your current holidays, allowing you to maintain a healthy work/life balance!

In this role, you will become responsible for administrating the UK payroll for an established firm with a large headcount and a variety of responsibilities, so it is essential that you have previously demonstrated success in fast-paced environments prior and showed an adaptability to adjust to the workload presented to you.

The daily responsibilities you will find as the Payroll Administrator include:

  • Being the person in charge of reconciling the payroll and HR data.
  • Reviewing and updating the payroll data as needed.
  • Having the ability to prepare adhoc payroll data reconciliations and provide timely deductions.
  • Taking responsibility. for the payroll analytical support to the business as and when needed.
  • Processing the monthly payroll using Cascade, following legislative standards, and fulfilling company deadlines.

The client is currently searching for a person with corporate experience who has worked in a comparable role prior. Ideally someone who can come in and be a key member of their payroll team and take charge in giving the business first-rate operational payroll support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to return to the sector, or someone hoping to join an exceptionally exciting company to obtain valuable experience!
