I am currently supporting a leading boutique Brokerage/Trading house recruit their standalone HR Business Partner for their growing London office to support EMEA.  This is an initial 12 month FTC with the view to go perm. 

This role due to the size of the business would suit an experienced HR Advisor/Trainee BP to take the step up.  This is a really exciting time to join the business as they go through a significant period of growth and development and you as the standalone HR professional will be able to grow with the business.  A genuine chance to match your career path with the entrepreneurial growth of an organisation. 

As this is a traditional Brokerage & trading house you will be initially required to work in the office at least 4 days per week. 

It is essential you are from a Financial Services background due to the regulatory knowledge required for this role.

You will be tasked daily with:
 

  • Assisting with the growth of the business during both M&A and organic growth
  • Partnering SLT with all queries
  • Managing the employee cycle from cradle to grave
  • Managing the payroll process (c60 employees)
  • Assisting Head of Risk with SMCR processes
