Our client is an innovative European ETF house. Due to an exciting period of growth, the business are now looking to recruit an ETF Sales Director – Nordics & Benelux to join the business on a permanent basis.

Working as part of an entrepreneurial team, the ETF Sales Director – Nordics & Benelux will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Actively participating in the collaborative development of sales strategies for new launches  
  • Develop and execute a tactical sales plan for the Nordics and Benelux  
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with institutional clients
  • Sell a range of index-based ETFs and active ETFs.
  • Convey the unique value propositions of the firm’s sustainable and thematic products
  • Carry out in-depth market research to identify opportunities and threats regionally
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

The ETF Sales Director will meet the following criteria:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ETF Sales within the Nordics or Benelux regions
  • Proven relationships with investors in the Nordics or Benelux regions
  • In-depth understanding of ETF products (active ETFs as well as index ETFs)
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree
  • A strong interest in ESG and sustainability
