Pleased to be partnering with a global boutique Investment Manager on a search to find an immediately available HR Director to come and oversee the HR department for a minimum of three months whilst they work through a restructuring exercise.
You will land into the role and lead the small team of experienced HR reports as you oversee everything from developing short-term HR strategies as well as supporting projects that work towards the long-term goals the business have.
Part of this role will be to maintain a strong consistency in the HR department's output while serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team across London and smaller offices in Germany.
Due to the immediate nature of this contract, the ideal candidate will have prior experience within financial services due to the regulatory elements involved in this position. The client is offering a generous package and has a strong hybrid policy from their office in central London.
