Compliance Generalist Position at Fast-Growing Investment Firm
About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen at a fast-growing investment firm seeking a dedicated Compliance Generalist. This role offers a unique chance to gain broad exposure across Compliance and Financial Crime within a supportive, collaborative, and thriving organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
- CMP Development & Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to all business units, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
- Surveillance: Conduct surveillance on trading activities and communications to detect and prevent any irregularities or breaches.
- KYC/AML Duties: Undertake Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) tasks to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
