We are supporting our client, an independent, global Lloyd’s Insurance Broker, in their search for a Claims Technician to join the business in their amazing London offices on a full-time, flexible hybrid basis. As a Claims Technician, you will be responsible for broker advice's and collections to London markets.
In this role, you will sit within their international processing team and you will be primarily responsible for handling claims from first notification through to final settlement.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Obtain agreement to advices and collections via CLASS/ECF systems.
- Create and maintain claims files
- Liaise with accounts departments to ensure claims process is running efficiently.
- Dealing with all classes of business in the London Markets
The right candidate for this role will have an understanding of the Lloyd’s London markets. This role requires an individual with prior experience dealing with claims from cradle to grave, understanding how to prioritise and delegate across them.
