We are working alongside a boutique Asset Management client as they search for their new Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role has come about due to internal promotions and is perfect for a candidate with experience of a full talent cycle, understanding the lulls and highs of talent acquisition! 

Reporting to an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be working in step with the wider HR function as you strive towards D&I goals as part of the recruitment day-to-day. In this position you assist with the hunt for top-tier talent to fuel the company’s growth trajectory, the primary focus of the role is on sourcing, screening, and securing the best candidates in the market whilst supporting the day-to-day administration within the business.

In this position, you will be:

  • Managing various schedules for interviewing candidates
  • Supporting in background checks, ensuring various steps across the process are completed on time
  • Focusing on the candidate’s experience within the interview process to maintain a high brand reputation
  • Taking on other ad-hoc duties as needed
