We are currently working on behalf of a leading global investment management firm who is looking to hire a contract Payments Specialist in their London office. They manage a wide variety of assets which ensure continuous success and allow the company to offer numerous fantastic benefits, tailored to suit all lifestyles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier exception vendors in Oracle.
- Address customer service inquiries in the ServiceNow portal.
- Evaluate high-risk flags in T & E Auditing tool (Appzen).
- Conduct data analysis for accounting and financial statements.
- Assist with financial system updates and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, Oracle and Coupa.
- Prior experience in Financial Services or similar large organisations.
