An exciting 6 Month FTC opportunity has arisen with one of European banking clients as they search for a Reward Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The current contract is due to a parental leave within the team so it requires a candidate with experience in all things benchmarking, data, and external reporting – a true compensation whizz who can keep the ship steady in the incumbent absence.
With a long-standing Reward team surrounding you to bring you up to speed and guide you through your time in the role, they are sector agnostic and believe that skills and team fit are the main factors to be considered in their search for the correct profile.
Being a data-savvy candidate is key for this role, the client is looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can assist the team with the following;
- Expertly compiling data for the annual salary survey.
- Utilising any compensation data analysis and helping to interpret this in a digestible way for the senior leaders in the business.
- Assisting in the creation of the annual pay review data model.
- Contribute to the annual gender pay gap report with accurate data.
If you are confident in your ability to take hold of compensation data and have a knack for working with HRIS’s (ideally Workday) coupled with the experience of working in a large complex organisation where no two days are comparable (with often new projects being thrown in all the time!) then this contract could be a welcome challenge.
Bruin recognises the positive value of diversity, and aims to promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination. As a champion of equal opportunity employment we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons – men and women, people of all ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions and beliefs. We particularly encourage applications from women, disabled, and Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates as these groups are underrepresented throughout the financial services industry. Our clients work with us because they value a diverse workforce, and subscribe to our shared principle that all appointments are made on merit and that ability to perform the job will be the primary consideration.
