PA & Events Coordinator 

Our client, is privately owned wealth management firm dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals is seeking a highly organised and service driven individual to join their team as a PA & Events Coordinator.

This unique role combines personal assistance responsibilities with the coordination of exclusive events and entertainment activities for their clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a flair for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistance:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential files.
    • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

Entertainment Coordination:

    • Plan and execute events, including client dinners, parties, and corporate functions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and entertainment providers.
    • Oversee event logistics, from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Create personalized itineraries for clients’ leisure activities, including reservations and special requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
