The Role
We are currently working on behalf of a global asset manager who is looking to hire a Financial Accountant in their London Office, specifically within their property finance division. They manage assets across both traditional and alternative strategies, including property, renewable energy, infrastructure, private equity, and insurance. Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting for a varied property portfolio
- Perform reporting, review, and financial analysis for assigned entities, ensuring compliance and managing liquidity.
- Support asset managers with commercial finance and contribute to IFRS consolidation and fund reporting.
- Develop strong relationships across the business, including within the asset management, development, tax, and legal functions.
Experience Required:
- Prior property accounting experience necessary.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years PQE.
