We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent wealth management firm based in London who pride themselves on their client-centric approach and entrepreneurial and inclusive company culture. They are currently searching for a strong Communications Manager to join their team, reporting to the Head of Client Communications. This role is essential for managing all investment and client communications, internal communications, and developing marketing collateral.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Communications to deliver timely investment content
  • Write and edit the secondary article for the firm’s weekly client update, maintaining accuracy and relevance
  • Recommend enhancements based on feedback, data analysis, and market insights
  • Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure all content meets regulatory standards
  • Update and create new pages for the firm’s intranet platform
  • Partner with Group Marketing on shared content projects and lead internal communication efforts
  • Provide internal communications expertise for ad hoc Group projects
  • Design and implement client surveys and focus groups; draft client letters and updates
  • Manage the DDQ and RFP process, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Develop and execute the firm’s award strategy, maintaining an awards calendar and handling submissions
  • Produce new marketing materials such as brochures and reports, overseeing content creation, design, and collaboration with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience  a communications or marketing role with a focus on copywriting
  • Any relevant industry qualification (e.g., IMC) is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Competent in writing reports and delivering professional presentations
  • Familiarity with discretionary investment management is a plus
