I am working on an exciting new role with a leading and beloved investments/wealth client. This is a newly created 18 Month FTC for a Sales & Communication Trainer to join the existing team of two as the business focuses on developing their team of financial advisors.
Working with a industry leading client facing population, you as the Sales & Communication Trainer will have a clear focus in your role on deliver the finest training in the market. You will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative learning workshops that enhance the skills, confidence, and client service excellence. You will partner with SME, SLT, and external partners to ensure these training programs are cutting-edge!
The best fit for this role will be a candidate who both understands the nuances of client facing roles within Financial Services organisations and the challenges this can create, as well as be empathetic and creative in their learning and development delivery.
Joining the business as an experienced Sales & Communications Trainer, you day to day will include the following responsibilities;
- Create and implement learning experiences enriched with industry insights to empower our team to exceed client expectations and achieve excellence in client service.
- Lead inspiring training sessions and workshops for wealth & investment management professionals at all levels, using diverse instructional methods to captivate participants and foster an engaging learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure training content remains relevant, reflects best practices, and strives for world-class standards.
- Evaluate training impact, ensuring the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements and enhancements.
- Offer continuous feedback and coaching to teams and individuals, enhancing their performance across all areas of wealth management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in behavioral economics, sales techniques, industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements. Incorporate fresh insights into training content and adapt approaches as necessary.
This role can be based at any of the client's UK offices but there will be a need to travel regualrly should you be based outside London.
