Our client is a high calibre global asset management firm who has significant growth plans starting in London and the EMEA region. Due to their ongoing success and growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a skilled RFP & Client Reporting Associate/AVP to join their dynamic team.
As an integral part of the wider distribution team, the successful candidate will handle client, prospect, and consultant questionnaires, ensuring thorough client servicing and reporting for EMEA-based clients. This role is crucial in supporting the firm’s expansion and maintaining their high standards of client engagement.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Develop, edit, and proofread multi-product proposals (RFP), information requests (RFI), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) for the firm’s strategies/products
- Prepare reports for Management Committee and institutional clients
- Serve as a client and product expert, working closely with internal teams to understand all aspects of clients’ needs and product features
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to create accurate and tailored responses for questionnaires
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues across various departments
- Manage qualitative and quantitative information in the RFP library (RocketDocs) to streamline proposal completion
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of strategy information within consultant databases
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in asset management with knowledge of investment products, processes, and concepts
- Deep understanding of financial industry compliance, conduct, and ethics
- Ability to establish smooth working relationships with internal clients, including Business Development, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and HR teams
- Excellent communication skills, tailored to the audience's technical level
- Proficiency in RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related client documents
- Advanced knowledge of RocketDocs (or similar RFP content database) and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong numeracy and data management skills
