Our esteemed client, a mutual life, pensions, and investment company, is in search of a proficient D365 Functional Marketing Consultant to bolster their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, specifically tailored for marketing processes.
About the Role:
- Drive enhancements in operational efficiencies on Microsoft 365, while addressing any technical or data-related challenges.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members during the migration to the new platform, ensuring the documentation of processes and best practices.
- Collaborate on the development of multi-channel, automated, and personalized marketing journeys and triggers.
- Liaise closely with the CRM Solutions Lead to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 suites.
- Work hand-in-hand with IT and Marketing teams to propose improvements to overall CRM channels.
- Participate actively in the upcoming data integration project scheduled for 2024.
- Offer valuable insights and recommendations to shape both short and long-term marketing strategies.
About You:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Marketing, demonstrating a high level of expertise.
- Ideally possess experience with other 365 packages and system integration/migrations.
- Strong background in CRM and marketing cloud solutions; prior experience in financial services is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
