We are currently assisting a well known and highly respected Lloyd’s Broker source an experienced Operationally focussed Business Manager for their growing International business
This unique opportunity has exciting element of working directly with the COO of the International business with a clear growth and development plan with the organisation.
You will partner effectively with Group Head of Operations, SLT and other business heads to project manage operational performance and growth across the organisation

Due to the extensive regulatory policies and procedures, it is essential you have experience within Financial Services ideally in an international capacity. It is also essential that you have managed change and transformation as the business in question navigate strong growth.
You as the stakeholder will be responsible for
- Assisting COO in the planning and roll out of the operational strategy.
- Influencing the direction and, where necessary, leading on the delivery of Operational projects on behalf of the COO (of which a large element is within growth and M&A activity).
- Designing and implementing a robust target operating model.
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory matters as required for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing a team of project managers and operations professionals
Due to the extensive regulatory policies and procedures, it is essential you have experience within Financial Services ideally in an international capacity.
