A top tier credit manager is looking for an AVP in Loans Trade Support. The role is based on the desk covering Loans, Bonds and ABS. They are looking for someone with distressed trade experience.
- Raise new trade orders and manage process through to settlement
- Front office support: assist traders, analysts and portfolio managers, also being the hub linking the desk to all areas of the business
- Oversee the closing process on LMA/LSTA par and distressed trades
- Monitor Bond and ABS (CLO Debt/Equity) settlements
- Support complex assets restructurings
- Liquidity monitoring
- Corporate action/restructure research and processing
Experience:
- Loans experience from either buy-side or sell-side
- Good knowledge of LMA and LSTA loan closing and documentation
- Prior experience with distressed trades
