I am working on an incredibly unique newly created leadership role for one of my Big 4 clients as they develop a new stream within the business with a Payroll Sales Director at the helm.
The client in question are looking for an SLT level candidate who can lead a team of consultants and take charge of both business development and client delivery for all Payroll implementation projects that come to the business.
You will be armed with a breadth of experience in the following areas that, when combined, will allow you to be a truly tenacious and strategically minded leader within the businesses HR practice. The experience needed to truly succeed in this role include;
- Proven success in delivering payroll programs.
- Strong track record in selling payroll solutions.
- Advanced understanding of payroll products.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading HR transformation projects, managing workstreams, and leading teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with team members.
- High level of product knowledge for programmes such as; Oracle, SAP and Workday
You as the Payroll Sales Director will be able to spot opportunities both internal and externally to network and eke out new business opportunities for your team to implement full payroll transformation projects.
