Bruin are currently working on an exciting new opportunity for a leading wealth manager looking for a M&A Team Administration Coordinator to join an expanding and ambitious team. In this position, you will help the Group M&A Team with information processing and administration of 'Deal Origination' and 'Pipeline'.
This reputable wealth management is seeking the ideal applicant to join their continually expanding team for the long run and develop within the position, therefore offering a suitable career path within the M&A industry. With a flexible way of working (three days a week in their vibrant London offices) and a very healthy culture due to the very personable manager you will be working alongside for the foreseeable future, they are hoping to bring someone in who can get their hands dirty for the wellbeing of this successful team.
The Role:
- Assist with tracking, administering, and managing new M&A acquisition possibilities, including maintaining the M&A Pipeline CRM.
- Preparing detailed reports for the M&A team that outline the inflows and outflows of acquisition opportunities.
- Supporting the administration of multiple acquisition opportunities at various stages, including drafting letters, forms, and other formal documents.
- Preparing completion statements for M&A transactions.
- Producing monthly reports for governance and other relevant committees.
