We are working with a prestigious asset management, recognised as one of the UK’s top fund management companies. They aim to achieve a wide range of investment objectives and are committed to responsible investment, acting as stewards of their clients' capital to drive positive change.
They are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Support professional to join their Wholesale Team in London on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. In this role the successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-tier support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and their professional clients across the UK, and contribute to the team consistently meeting its sales and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with the BDMs you support
- Communicating with clients via email and phone, ensuring the efficient exchange of information
- Collaborating closely with the Wholesale team to meet distribution targets for a variety of investment products
- Managing external client inquiries, primarily from wealth management and advisory firms
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and the diverse products offered, including Fixed Income and Multi-Asset
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proactive mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven professionalism and competence in client interactions
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to taking ownership of your responsibilities
- IMC qualification or a commitment to complete and pass the IMC within 6 months of joining
