Role Overview:
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will be part of an award-winning team, contributing to strategic learning initiatives by designing and delivering impactful learning interventions. You’ll work independently with inspiring leaders across the business, within a creative and forward-thinking Learning & Development team, providing essential support for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, ensuring alignment of learning and development strategies with business needs.
- Strategy Implementation: Lead and deliver key components of the learning and development strategy through various projects.
- Program Design & Delivery: Develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, both in-person and virtually.
- Coaching & Facilitation: Provide individual and team coaching, and facilitate team-building activities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships and networks across the firm to ensure learning is accessible and inclusive.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and practices in learning, psychology, and human resources by engaging with industry thought leaders and scholars.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as an L&D professional with a strong passion for learning and growth.
- Interventions: Expertise in delivering learning and development interventions in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Coaching & Facilitation: Qualified coach with a track record in team facilitation.
- Psychometrics: Skilled in using psychometric tools to enhance individual and group awareness.
- Current Trends: Well-versed in the latest developments in psychology, leadership, and digital learning.
- Frameworks & Methodologies: Proficient in applying key people development frameworks and methodologies.

- Project Management: Adept at managing projects and prioritising tasks effectively across multiple demands and stakeholders.
- Emotional Intelligence: Utilises emotional intelligence in interactions throughout the firm.
