A boutique firm of Financial Planners have recently acquired a couple of new client banks and subsequently are looking for a strong Financial Planning Administrator to join their Client Servicing team in Birmingham.
Working alongside the Advisers and Paraplanners daily responsibilities will include;
- Submission of new business applications
- Oversee management of Annual Reviews and Portfolio Reviews that are due
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, accountants, life offices, lenders and platform providers
- Handle complex administration enquiries
- Oversee and sign off Platform withdrawals / fund switches / transactions
- Obtaining quotations using research tools
- Preparation of reports and assistance with preparation of suitability reports
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of investments and pension products along with experience of using a wide range of provider platforms.
In return you will have full study support as well as the ability to move into a Paraplanner or Advisory role – with full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
