My client is a leading organisation, committed to delivering excellence in everything they do. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a people focused and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team to support one of their key functions which is at the heart of their business, driving success through innovation, efficiency, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction
As HR Business Partner you play a critical role in aligning our people strategy with our business objectives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR guidance and support on a wide range of issues, from talent management and organisational design to employee relations and performance management. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to influence and drive change across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Operations leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with operational objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention within the Operations Division, ensuring they have the right people in the right roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Change Management: Support your stakeholders in managing organisational change, including restructures, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
- Performance Management: Work with managers to implement effective performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Training and Development: Identify skills gaps and work with the Learning & Development team to deliver targeted training programs that enhance the capabilities of the Operations team.
- HR Metrics: Utilise HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve organisational effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company values and enhances employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Proven HR experience, in a strategic HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
