We are recruiting on behalf of a celebrated asset management firm who are known for their long-term, client-centric approach and dedication to responsible investment. They act as diligent stewards of their clients’ capital, advocating for positive change, whilst fostering a highly inclusive and nurturing environment.
They are currently looking to hire a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their UK Wholesale sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive your career forward in the area of distribution, surrounding yourself with experienced and collaborative colleagues.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Work to convert tier 2 prospects into active business accounts through a structured approach.
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to expand market presence within a specified region.
- Build and nurture relationships with current supporters to ensure asset retention and growth.
- Drive high sales engagement by connecting with IFA/wealth manager firms via phone calls and discussions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong dedication to achieving sales goals and targets
- Preferably, experience in telephone-based sales within asset management
- The capability to thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive environment
- Previous experience in a sales support role with a strong desire to move into telephone-based business development
- A commitment to completing the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) within 6 months (study support provided)
