We are currently recruiting on behalf of a renowned asset management client who is looking to hire an RFP Content Specialist into their established RFP function. This role would be an ideal opportunity either for someone with previous RFP writing experience who is wanting to focus more on the content and data management side of the proposal process, or someone with some transferrable experience linked to an RFP function and is keen to work directly in this team to be the foundations of an efficient sales process.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Build relationships and develop in-depth knowledge of products, as well as marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, investment teams, and other RFP team members to address information requests
- Support the sales process by completing RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs with high accuracy and within tight deadlines
- Work closely with investment directors, managers, and content experts to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and compelling
- Coordinate with external providers to maintain a strong presence on DDQ platforms
- Assist in maintaining and updating written content in Qvidian
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working with or alongside and RFP team, ideally for wholesale and institutional clients
- Understanding of a range of investment products and asset classes
- Prior experience using Qvidian helpful but not mandatory
