I am currently assisting a well known, global Insurer recruit a Head of Human Resources for their very busy London based business. Having worked with them some time now, I know first hand that the culture and HR team is of top tier.
Working in the heart of the Insurance capital, the city of London you will be responsible for the leadership of Human Resources and the HR team.
Reporting directly into the London Managing Director you will be part the of the Senior Leadership team, integrally placed to build upon a fantastic culture and an ethos of accountability
To be considered for this role your CV will showcase a proven track record of managing an efficient HR function.
You will be tasked with ensuring that the wider HR team offers a first class service to all employees and managers.
It is essential that you have history of working within Financial Services ideally the London Insurance Market due to the regulatory elements of the business.
You will be integral in the continual development in:
- People Strategy
- Talent Development
- Performance Management
- Policies and Procedures
- Employee Engagement
- ER
