A leading global alternative investor is looking for a Head of Private Market Operations. They are looking for someone to lead the hub in London managing a large operations team covering private debt, private credit and private equity.
- Oversee end-to-end operations
- Build and develop the operations team
- Work with third party providers to scale the target operating model
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders on strategic projects, driving transformation and change management
- Work with the technology teams on systems, data and technology platforms
Experience:
- Have over 15 years of experience in operations covering credit
- Experience with direct lending and CLOs in a buy-side firm
- Private equity knowledge preferred
- Experience leading large teams
- Proven experience in managing large strategic projects
