HR Business Partner- Hybrid

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to lead the execution of forward-looking people strategies and deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop, and implement HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management.
  • Develop and deliver tailored HR plans that align with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.
  • Mentor and coach the HR team, enhancing overall service delivery.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
