Our client, a leading pension fund in the UK, is actively seeking a Senior Associate to join its Private Credit and Property team based in London. In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for executing and managing investments in the Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate & structure new investment opportunities within the Real Estate sector
- Support in negotiating transactions and driving structuring workstreams
- Conduct evaluations of potential investment opportunities, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Work closely with the asset management team across projects, providing guidance and input
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of financial services experience, specifically investing experience within real estate, infrastructure debt, or long income property.
- Proficiency in financial modeling is a must.
- A strong team player contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment
