Our client, a leading pension fund investor in the UK, is actively seeking a Senior Associate to join their Infrastructure Debt Team based in London. In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for structuring and executing private credit investments with the flexibility to invest across the capital structure, including investment grade, high yield, and pref equity. The primary focus is renewables, core infra, energy transition, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and execute new investment opportunities within the renewables, core infrastructure, energy transition, and real estate sectors
- Support in negotiating transactions and driving structuring workstreams
- Conduct evaluations of potential investment opportunities, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Work closely with the asset management team across projects, providing guidance and input
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of financial services experience, specifically Project Finance and/or Infrastructure Debt.
- Preferably investing experience within Infrastructure and/or Real Estate.
- Proficiency in financial modeling is a must.
- A strong team player contributing to a supportive and collaborative working environment
