Really exciting new role in the Employee Relations for a global Bank.
My client a renowned, international bank are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Director for their well-stocked ER team. This really is a forward-looking role where you will be visibly changing how ER is managed within a brilliant business.
Reporting into a brilliant, Head of ER you will be tasked with working with the Senior Leadership team to provide sound and strategic advice on the full range of Employee Relation matters whilst delivering a wider ER strategy for the UK business.
As the successful candidate you will be in charge of:
- Providing high-quality advice and support for all ER issues, ensuring the effective management of ER-related risks (legal, financial and reputational)
- Designing, maintaining and rolling out robust ER strategies, policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment to commercial and HR requirements
- Acting as an HR consultant to business heads and HR teams to ensure the delivery of HR solutions via SMEs when required
- Reviewing key HR documents, to ensure the mitigation of risk
- Project management including ER work-stream management for any restructuring/ acquisitions/disposals/outsourcing/insourcing/off-shoring
- Delivery of specialist training to HR/Senior Leaders when required
This opportunity will suit an experienced Senior ER professional from Financial Services (due to the legislation knowledge) with strong ER experience of managing complex ER caseloads who has a strong UK employment law background.
