Really exciting new role in the Employee Relations and Governance space!

My client a unique, boutique financial services firm are looking for a Senior Employee Relations and Policy professional for their well-stocked HR team. This really is a forward-looking role where you will be visibly changing how ER is managed within a brilliant business.   

Reporting into a fantastic, newly appointed CPO you will be tasked with working with the Senior HR BP and wider Senior Leadership Team in HR to not only manage the ER caseload but to develop Performance Management within the management network to foster positive employee relations.
As a team you HR and the Head of Training and Development will be tasked with ensuring the ER strategy is robust and that the management team manage effectively to decrease ER caseloads. 
As well as managing mid to complex ER issues, you will also be responsible for ensuring organisational policy compliance, ensuring legal requirements are met, and promoting effective risk mitigation practices within the organisation.
The company in question is going through a significant period of change (for the positive) which will mean you will assist with the employee relations element of all change.
This is not just an ER case management role! You and the wider HR Subject Matter Experts will form a robust framework for:

  • ER Case Management
  • HR Policy Development
  • Training and Development
  • Employee Communications
  • Managing Governance and Risk. 

This opportunity will suit an experienced business partner from either Financial Services or the Public Sector with strong ER and Policy Management experience with experience of managing complex ER caseloads who has a strong UK employment law background.
