We are recruiting on behalf of a global, leading investment management firm who pride themselves on their inclusive working culture, highly collaborative environment and industry leading client approach. They are currently looking to recruit for a Consultant Relations Support Analyst to join their London team and support the Consultant Relations team for EMEA.
This role would be a key contributor in the assistance of client relationship development and strategic presentation of key investment information across a variety of consultant databases. This role supports the firm's efforts to acquire and retain clients within the EMEA region, and will additionally assist the Consultant Relations team by gathering and providing information to address consultant queries.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Supporting senior members of the Consultant Relations team with information requests from consultants
- Interact directly with research analysts at consulting firms
- Oversee the population, updating, and maintenance of all qualitative and quantitative data across various consultant and third-party databases. This includes regular data updates, adding new products, and ensuring the firm is accurately represented in new consultant and third-party databases.
- Prepare reports, research, or other materials to fulfil consultants' needs and strengthen relationships
- Work with the global Consultant Relations team to address RFIs and short RFPs initiated by consultants
- Work closely with RFP content managers, investment writers, and product specialists, as well as utilise marketing materials to ensure consistent communication across databases
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience working in the institutional investment management industry or within a consulting firm
- Strong experience with handling and interpreting data
- A decent understanding of a range of asset classes and investment terminology
- Strong project management and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Experience working with sales and client service teams
