We are supporting our client, an Insurance MGA, in their search for a Claims MI Analyst to join their claims department, in their amazing London offices on a full-time, flexible hybrid basis. Working on average 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home, you will be utilising your experience in Delegated Authority business and Claims MI to cover matters across a variety of areas. You will be responsible for analysing data and the performance of the claims team, partnering regularly with other teams as well as providing direction and insight to your own.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the claims performance and improving their processes, as you grow into the role you will also be afforded new opportunities to be involved in other Claims business. This is directly possible due to ongoing harmonisation within the firm, which means you will naturally be exposed to other sectors as you continue to succeed.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in building a DCA Performance framework.
- Act as a conduit between Graphene and the claims teams in enhancing our claims analytical offering.
- Gather and generate KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring purposes and analysis.
- Improve the quality of data received from third parties.
The right candidate for this role will have an understanding of the Lloyd’s markets, as this is necessary to successfully process and manage the Claims-related elements of the role. In this role you will ideally have a data or a claims analytical background and experience in dealing with delegated authority business aswell as MI Claims.
