I am working with a Professional Services firm looking to hire an Associate Director in their Deal Advisory team to support the growth of their Transaction Services division, working with clients in either Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates or Capital Markets industries.
Salary: £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)

The role involves:
- Managing engagements, including structuring and leading multiple large and complex workstreams in rapidly changing environments.
- Actively partaking in Business Development through building, commercialising and sustaining relationships with senior management teams at clients and developing propositions for specific clients.
- Identifying and managing risks to ensure the business’s risk management frameworks are applied effectively.
- Ensuring the development needs of team members are met, and accelerating that development but setting up appropriate plans and frameworks.
- Delivering a high quality service to external and internal clients, monitoring the work of the team and managing multiple priorities.
- Being a trusted advisor to clients, utilising extensive advisory skills.
- Working closely with other areas of the business including Tax, Audit, and other Advisory teams.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience of managing transaction and advisory related engagements
- Strong academic and numerate background (ACA or equivalent qualification preferred)
- Demonstrable experience of working successfully with senior management teams at clients across Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates or Capital Markets industries.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of leading high performing teams across multiple disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
