I am happy to come to market with an exclusive mandate from a well-respected Asset Manager, whom are searching for an experienced HR Project Manager with a proven track record in HRIS implementation and roll out of HRIS/LMS and ATS.

Position Overview:
As the HR Systems Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS implementation project from cradle to grave.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for HR technology, and the ability to drive change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RFP and Tender process/sourcing of the successful vendor
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategies.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth integration and adoption of new systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle/including cultural change
- Monitor project progress, collect feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
- Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR technology and systems, with experience in platforms like [specific HRIS/ATS systems relevant to your company].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
