I am working with a Top Accounting firm looking to hire a Manager in Deal Advisory team to support the growth of their Transaction Services division, working with clients across the Financial Services industry.
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)

Responsibilities in the role:
- Work with clients, either a diverse range of industry-specific, to manage financial due diligence projects.
- Interpret data and develop insight and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Oversee cost management, reporting, and invoicing, and monitor recovery rates against budgets.
- Manage the delivery of work streams from start to finish, collaborating with other areas of the business to provide value to the client and become a reliable adviser.
- Produce detailed financial analysis and review the work of the members of your team.
- Act as first point of contact for clients and advisors, handling daily communication and coordination
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience of Financial Due Diligence and able to identify the deal implications of findings and derive advice for clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience of managing a high performing team working across multiple disciplines.
- The ability to demonstrate technical expertise directly to clients through providing advice and insights.
- Experience of project managing against changing requirements for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of the Capital Markets space would be a huge plus.
