Administrative Assistant/PA – Banking/Asset Management- 6mths- London
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client and provide essential support to their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage appointment calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties such as updating documents, drafting memos, letters, and forms.
- Utilise basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, to complete tasks effectively.
- Follow well-defined procedures and established practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage travel and expense activities
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or related role, ideally financial services
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential.
- Proactive, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
