A newly created role from a very well-respected Boutique Asset Manager with Reward has just landed on my desk an exclusive mandate. This role is integral to developing the Reward offering to their employees through a significant period of change and transformation.

As the Rewards Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the rewards strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and various stakeholders to ensure the compensation and benefits programs align with the organisational goals and enhance employee engagement. This position encompasses both project-based initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations, as well as experience with Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and equity plans.
- Lead and participate in projects related to rewards programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administration of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) and ensure effective communication of these programs to employees.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of our rewards offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support talent management initiatives and ensure integration of rewards with performance management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise rewards programs and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of rewards, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
