Compensation and Benefits Consultant – Financial Services
A leading financial services organisation is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join its European Total Rewards team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for overseeing key Compensation and Benefits initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and enhancing the employee experience across European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Management: Lead benefits vendor performance, ensuring effective contracts and cost savings, while driving best practices. Oversee compliance with regulatory changes and governance requirements.
- Compensation Management: Manage compensation processes such as benchmarking, bonus and merit adjustments, and regulatory reporting (e.g., gender pay gap). Collaborate with global teams to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at enhancing Compensation and Benefits programs, focusing on operational efficiency, automation, and system integration.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience managing European Benefits programs and vendor relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and compensation systems (e.g., Workday).
- Experience in HR policies, regulatory reporting, and compensation principles.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with proven project leadership experience.
