Sourcing Manager – People & HR Services (9-Month Contract) £600 a day
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join a dynamic team specialising in People & HR Services. This 9-month contract role offers the chance to lead and support key sourcing activities that directly impact colleagues and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to source new third-party solutions and optimize, renegotiate, or re-tender existing supplier contracts.
- Manage sourcing activities across a range of HR categories, including permanent resourcing, health & wellbeing, reward & recognition, learning & development, culture & leadership, and outsourced operations.
- Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business objectives and ensure effective cost management.
- Facilitate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from supplier selection to performance measurement, ensuring value creation and alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation through market analysis and foster strong relationships with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to demand management by simplifying service specifications and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sourcing HR and/or IT services, with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, organization, and influencing skills.
- A collaborative team player with leadership abilities and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Passion for driving impactful sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results.
