Reward Manager- Manchester (Hybrid)- c£50,000 plus bonus and benefits
We’re seeking an experienced Reward professional to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping our reward strategies. If you have a passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver insights through advanced analysis of large data sets to inform pay, bonus, and incentive strategies.
- Conduct job evaluations using WTW and Hay methodologies and manage salary benchmarking.
- Support annual and ad hoc pay review processes, including out-of-cycle pay analysis and LTIP administration.
- Contribute to key reward projects, regulatory pay reporting (e.g., Gender Pay Gap), and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a Reward or data-focused role, ideally with expertise in pay modeling, benchmarking, and analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present data insights effectively.
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (WTW, Hay) is a strong advantage.
- A methodical, analytical approach with excellent attention to detail.
