Reward Manager- Leeds – £47k plus benefits

Our client, a leading global consultancy firm is seeking a Reward Manager to join their Employer Reward Services team, based in Leeds , with flexibility for other office locations. This role involves delivering client projects related to reward strategies, including the design of equity or cash-based incentive plans, advising on the tax implications of corporate transactions, and providing guidance on shareholder consultation, pay regulation, and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and reviewing incentive plans, considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
  • Advising clients on compensation impacts of corporate deals and tax structuring.
  • Developing share purchase plans and benchmarking pay and benefits.
  • Supporting remuneration committees on reward strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting with drafting Director’s Remuneration Reports.
  • Leading business development efforts and managing client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant qualification (ATTCTAACA, or legal) and experience in reward plan design, corporate governance, and client service. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills are essential.
