We are partnering exclusively with a fantastic technology-driven wealth management firm who prides themselves on a customer-centric approach and being highly competitive on their fees. They are currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their ambitious marketing department based in London.

 

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to oversee the implementation of key marketing strategies, focusing on brand development, client acquisition, and retention. The position will have 3 direct reports and the successful candidate must have recent experience within wealth management as well as a strong background across the marketing mix.

 

The successful candidate will be involved in:

 

  • Working alongside the CMO, managing day-to-day activities for a dynamic and creative marketing team
  • Managing various marketing functions such as digital marketing, content creation, event planning, CRM marketing, and partnership management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business
  • Supervising a team of two to three individuals and manage external agencies or contractors
  • Working with and manage external agencies

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience marketing to High Net Wealth Individuals/private clients, either from a wealth management firm or legal company
  • Proven track record in lead generation and client retention programs
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyse marketing performance metrics
  • Experience in organising events, mainly online
  • Proficiency in running digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, programmatic, display)
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing and automation tools
  • Knowledge of content management, including social media and PR outreach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
