Sourcing Manager – Ops & Strategic Change Prog Sourcing- £600 per day

Our clients sourcing and supplier management function supports critical business initiatives by driving strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of external services. The Role

As a key member of the BPO Sourcing Team, you will:

  • Develop and implement BPO sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead the entire sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development and contract negotiation to implementation and governance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape outsourcing and offshoring approaches.
  • Optimize sourcing processes to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks through robust governance and contractual frameworks.
  • Track and report financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities.
