Senior Benefits Analyst (UK and EMEA) sought for a well-respected Asset Manager, based in the West End of London.

As the Senior Benefits Analyst you will be tasked with:
- Day-to-day management of benefit plans, form renewal activity and admin of plans which will include building relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Advising, and supporting the wider HR team, line managers and employees regarding benefit processes.
- Communicating effectively with the aforementioned stakeholders to ensure benefits are seen as a value add to the business.
- Implementing changes to existing plans to ensure legislation changes and market trends/needs.
- Analysing benefits data to identify trends, and efficiencies.
- Create and present reports/commentary for the SLT.
- Mitigate risk by managing compliance with regulatory rules and procedures
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in benefit plan administration, strong analytical skills where you will be working with large amounts of data. A strong communicator who always has the employee journey in mind.
