We are assisting a well known Financial Services business recruit for an experienced Recruitment/Executive Search Coordinator for their very busy inhouse Executive Search function, this will suit either an experienced inhouse Recruitment Coordinator or an experienced Executive Search Coordinator from a Consultancy background ideally from a SHREK brand.
You will be responsible for scheduling the recruitment and onboarding process exclusively for C Suite individuals. Due to the level of candidate and employee you will be partnering with, an extremely high level of employee engagement and service.
You will be tasked with:
- Providing full administrative support for the Exec Search team including; diary management, interview scheduling, travel and expenses.
- Onboarding of employees
- MI reporting on all active searches
